Flats for DDA constructed in 1952, prefab components were manufactured in HPL's factory.

Construction of Fully fabricated four-storey building at Vikas Bhawan in New Delhi in 1964-65.

In 1965-66, HPL was engaged in extension and improvement of Terminal Building at Palam Airport, expansion of the export pavilion at exhibition grounds, concrete works at Ashoka Hotel, and AIIMS.

In 1968-69, HPL ushered in the area of manufacturing Railway Sleepers.

In 1974-75, prefabricated components for the complete superstructure of the Scooters India Limited.

In 1987-88, approximately 400 prefabricated milk booths at different places in Delhi were constructed for DMS. Total value of Work done is Rs 88 lakhs.

Company started securing construction projects on a nomination basis since 2006.
